Description:Workshops Holiday Make and Take The holidays are a wonderful time to celebrate old traditions and make new memories. Workshop Description During the holidays, spending time with family is a long-held tradition. Bring your family and celebrate with us as we create arts and crafts inspired by the festive season. In a fun and community geared environment we will explore several holiday activities that will be sure to encourage the artists in your family to create gifts and decoration with unusual and interesting materials. Our highlights of the workshop will include faux gingerbread ornaments made from recycled materials, a collaborative child-sized magical castle, spun-cotton ornaments, paper crafts, and an "Island of Misfit Toys" to create new toys from up-cycled parts and repair favorite dolls and stuffed animals. There will also be a hot chocolate bar to create your own new flavors using our many spices and additions, such as "Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate".
