Description:Thanks for your comment. As men, we should recognize that if we are upset about the way we are portrayed, then we need to do something about it rather than passively sitting around feeling victimized by women or worse, getting angry at women. If we treat women with respect and in turn point out when we are feeling disrepected by them, the gender gap is going to narrow. Corporate America listened because women supported it.
