Description:There was once a difference in classification that a Dwarf was below 4' 10", but above 4'' a Midget being 3'- 4' at maturity. However, certainly in England the terms are seen as inter-changeable. Ironically I am good friends with a genetically short family. The "big brother" about clips 5'; the two girls although they would kill me for that description as the are 45 and 50 respectively.
