Successfully represented various automobile and truck dealers in acquisition and sale of dealership franchises, including sale dealership of real estate. He has broad and diverse experience in representing dealers in franchise matters, including terminations and brand discontinuance, ownership sales, transfers and relocations, dealer facility requirements, warranty and sales incentive program audits, and various types of protest, licensure, and enforcement matters before the Pennsylvania Board of Vehicles. In association with the Firm's automotive industry group, John has extensive experience representing clients in transactional, corporate, and other business-related matters that are unique to the vehicle dealer industry.
