In Germany, shaving was not common, and pubic hair shaving was even considered slutty; unshaved legs were a known trait of German women - until the mids. When and why did women start shaving their body hair? Historically, when did women start to shave their private parts?.

In Italy they sell The "free from" trend, which sees women rejecting chemicals in favour of natural products, has been influential, with 53 per cent of women saying they only use products with "natural" ingredients. In my personal opinion, compared to shaving it is too messy and time consuming; and comparing to a salon job, has much inferior results.
